Manage Mining Machine product reliability issues, including formal documentation, tracking, and communication of top technical and commercial concerns.

Develop, monitor, and report Mining Machine KPIs to measure reliability and performance improvements.

Build strong relationships with key customer personnel to identify product performance issues and recommend equipment management strategies and best practices.

Collaborate with Finning branch teams to identify and resolve reliability and durability issues, including managing test parts and related documentation.

Work closely with Caterpillar Field Engineers, district representatives, and product groups to support Mining Machine reliability initiatives.

Partner with remanufacturing and rebuild facilities to manage component reliability and durability, ensuring consistent processes for tracking and communication.
