Overview Reporting Manager: Business Head, SEA
Position Summary The position will be responsible for customer and account management within the assigned territory. This will include:
- Knowing key decision makers, developing rapport, and understanding the whole decision-making process.
- Expanding business by developing new accounts.
- Develop, maintain and strengthen long term favourable customer relationships with various stakeholders in important accounts.
- Develop/implement efficient distribution network for assigned geography and accounts.
- Performing customer visits and conduct presentations, seminars, in service.
- Identifying red flags with account, handling objections, identifying influencers and knowing competitors.
- Planning weekly/monthly sales activities.
- Executing delegated strategies to develop and grow Cordis business.
