Join our team as a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) where you will play a pivotal role in connecting with Electric Power Generation equipment users. Your primary responsibility is to present optimal maintenance and repair solutions offered by Power Systems. Drive the achievement of lower operating costs for users by recommending suitable service options and upgrades. Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships to address immediate service needs and secure long-term maintenance agreements. Uphold the highest customer service standards, aiming to enhance sales volume and ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in sales and communication.
