Product Technical Complaint Junior Associate
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Complaint Handling Junior Associate will operate according to the assigned roles and responsibilities per the GMP documentation of the GBS Team (Technical Complaint Handling Department).The TCH Junior Associate may follow guidance from the Experts and Sr Associates to ensure daily work timelines are met, support preparation of KPI reports and communicate escalations.In addition, the Junior Associate may participate in transition activities of countries to be supported with Technical Complaint Handling, ie: Training and Validation.
