Product Training Specialist (Trainer)

About the Role

The Product Trainer specialist role is to provide focus on product training for both Hummingbird clients and internal teams (on Hummingbird’s deployed PPM Solutions). The role entails developing training programs, conducting training sessions and support creating training materials (guides, videos, etc).

Their primary role is to provide client focused training to ensure that clients successfully adopt the product and that their teams are trained affectively for the client’s go-live activities.

Additionally, the role is to support internal training activities of existing staff and new starters.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing comprehensive training programs, including user guides, presentations, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules.
