• Production line in charge to oversee UPS production at Ambernath factory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP. 


• Resource management – Human, Material, Machine Money


• Drive Continuous improvement and Kaizens on the line.


• Daily work management and Tier accountability through VOS （Vertiv operating system）


• Ensure quality products are delivered. 


• Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.


• On the Job training to new operators. 


• Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels. 


• Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.


• Problem solving through RCA's.
