Job Summary: The Production Assistant - Bakery is responsible for assisting in the daily production of bakery items, ensuring that all products meet the company's standards for quality and consistency. This role involves working closely with the bakery team to prepare, bake, and package various baked goods.

Job Responsibilities: - To perform hands-on work in the making of pastry/savoury/kitchen/bakery products
- To maintain consistent quality in the preparation of products
- To ensure proper packing, labelling and storage of ingredients and products
- To assist with logistics such as trolley wrap/cover/retrievability, product picking & dispatch, wherever required
- To execute all duties tasked by Reporting Officers in the department
