**Job Description**

The Production Associate operates industrial sewing and related machinery on the production floor to cut tarps to size, perform quality checks, and support multiple production lines. This role focuses on completing all tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized work area and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform a variety of tasks on the production floor as required to support ongoing manufacturing operations.
+ Operate industrial sewing equipment and machinery to cut tarps to the appropriate size and specifications.
+ Set up machinery before production runs and make necessary adjustments or changeovers between runs.
+ Perform thorough quality checks on finished colors and tarps, inspecting color, size, measurements, and any defects.
