**Job Description**

This role offers a structured, three-level development path where you progressively build your skills across the full production process. At the entry level, you learn the product line, manufacturing processes, and production philosophy while operating designated workstations within required cycle times. As you advance, you take on more complex sub-assemblies, use a full range of hand and power-assisted tools, and eventually become proficient at every workstation, reading blueprints and schematics, identifying production issues, and helping train new team members.
