**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
This role supports a multi-faceted industrial coating operation by performing racking, unracking, masking, mechanical cleaning, and final touch-up tasks on customer parts. Production Associates help ensure that finished and unfinished goods are handled safely, coated accurately, and prepared for storage, transport, or further processing in a precise and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**

+ Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders, ensuring correct arrangement for storage, transport, or preparation for metal finishing.
+ Visually inspect products prior to racking and promptly report any non-conformances to the appropriate supervisor.
+ Record all required racking and unracking information accurately on work orders and related documentation.
