Job Title: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Shift schedules may include weekends based on business needs)
Transportation Requirement: Reliable transportation is essential.
Safety Requirements: Steel-toed shoes are required. Composite safety shoe covers may be provided if needed.
Job Summary:
The Production Associate will work under the guidance of supervisors to meet production demands while adhering to quality and safety standards. This role requires self-reliance and the ability to work accurately with limited supervision.
Essential Job Functions:
• Efficiently transfer product between filler and chiller stations.
• Communicate any discrepancies in product information to supervisors or leads.
• Manage the transportation of production carts in and out of chillers, ensuring orderly placement in the Work In Progress (WIP) area.
• Align products correctly on the Garvey table.
