**Job Title: Production Associate**

**Job Description**

Join our team to assemble door handles, both inside and out, as well as liftgate handles. This role involves working with lightweight plastic parts in a dynamic and rotating assembly environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble several small hardware pieces and plastic parts into fixtures.
+ Set up machines for part assembly.
+ Conduct packing, inspection, and labeling of assembled parts.
+ Meet required production speed by assembling a certain number of parts per hour.
+ Rotate stations every 2 hours, covering various tasks in assembly, molding, and paint.
+ In molding, pack raw plastic parts into totes and perform inspection and trimming.
+ In paint, handle packing, hanging parts before paint application, and inspecting finished products for defects.
