**Job Title: Production Associate**

**Job Description**

The Production Associate performs a wide range of tasks to build electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies, including soldering, cable assembly, machine operation, final assembly, PCB work, machine crimping, and ribbon cable assembly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and printed circuit boards (PCBs) using established procedures and quality standards.
+ Assemble electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies as required, including cable assemblies, ribbon cable assemblies, and related components.
+ Operate production and assembly equipment and machines safely and efficiently as part of the manufacturing process.
+ Review, complete, and maintain required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Read and interpret moderately complex assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders to perform assembly tasks correctly....
