**Job Title: Production Associate**

**Job Description**

The individual in this role is responsible for unloading cases from conveyors and stacking them onto pallets in accordance with carton specifications. While the following duties are considered essential, the position is dynamic, and the employee may be assigned additional tasks by management.

**Responsibilities**

+ Retrieve packed cases from conveyors and stack them onto pallets according to customer specifications throughout the work shift.
+ Wrap the top of loaded pallets to prevent higher boxes from falling during transport.
+ Pull loaded skids to an area where they are retrieved by a forklift, approximately 70 feet away.
+ Construct cardboard tops to cover boxes that lack folding flaps.
