As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in packaging and preparing hay and hay-based products for shipment. You will ensure that products meet quality standards and help maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Package hay-based products to meet quality and weight specifications.
+ Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Follow all safety and food safety protocols.
+ Maintain production rates and assist with line changes as needed.
+ Communicate equipment issues to supervisors promptly.

**Essential Skills**

+ Production experience - 3+ Years
+ Machine Operating experience - 2+ Years
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Troubleshooting skills
