DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

• This job will most likely fall under NOC 95109
• Uses various types of hand tools and fixtures to assemble current heavy duty doors.
• Maintains a clean work area and adheres to 5S procedures.
• Completes tear downs and repairs as required.
• Follows rotation schedule where provided.
• Informs Unit Leader/Team Leader of all stock shortages, quality and downtime issues.
• Follows work instructions as well as QMS procedures.
• Identifies all nonconforming product by applying nonconforming product tag as required.
• Uses proper FIFO practices for all product or materials.
• Ensures that PPE is in good working condition and that it meets safety standards.
• Follows company policies and procedures as well as SOPs.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
