**Job Description**

The Production Associate supports brick manufacturing operations by performing repetitive, hands-on tasks in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves standing in one area for extended periods, moving and stacking bricks from kiln carts onto a monorail system, and assisting with mixing materials, equipment adjustments, and quality checks to ensure consistent and efficient production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform repetitive general labor tasks by taking bricks from kiln carts and stacking them onto the monorail in a consistent and efficient manner.
+ Stand in a designated work area for extended periods while safely and continuously moving bricks.
