**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate machines such as punch presses, grinders, drill presses, and shears
+ Use hand tools to complete basic assembly and mechanical tasks
+ Maintain accurate production records
+ Follow all safety and quality standards
+ Keep your work area clean and organized
+ Work closely with team members to meet production goals
+ Move materials safely (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally)
