The Dispatch / Production Cell Lead is responsible for all activities and output for their area of responsibility. They ensure compliance with quality standards and that all operations are maintained and performed safely and within a continuous improvement culture. The cell lead understands and communicates production priorities to all individuals within their production cell and escalates any issues that may impact production to the area Supervisor or Manager.
