The Role As a Production Chemist in our R&D team, you bridge lab innovation with commercial manufacturing — turning formulations into scalable, high-quality products. You’ll develop new formulations, optimize processes, and ensure strong standards in safety, quality, and compliance. You will run experiments, support scale‑up, troubleshoot production issues, ensure compliance, and manage pilot trials. Key responsibilities include:
- Formulation Development: Develop new and improve existing products
- Process Scale-Up: Translate lab formulations into consistent manufacturing processes
- Quality & Compliance: Establish SOPs, support validation and ensure compliance
- Production Support: Troubleshoot issues, optimize yields, and uphold safety standards
