Position Overview

Assist in daily production planning and scheduling activities. 
Monitor work orders, production progress, and delivery schedules. 
Update production records, reports, and inventory data accurately. 
Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure production targets are achieved. 
Prepare and release job orders, production documents, and work instructions. 
Track material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse departments. 
Support shipment planning and delivery coordination. 
Maintain ERP system data and production documentation. 
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. 
Assist in stock count and inventory control activities. 
Coordinate with Engineering and QA departments for production support. 
Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, 5S, and company safety standards.
