Responsibilities - Establish quarterly and half-yearly production build and completion plans per customer demand.
- Analyze customer demand and drive capacity support plans to mitigate line bottlenecks and pinch points to support customer demands.
- Coordinate with Account Operations to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and meet customer expectations.
- Create and/or refine production schedules to improve tracking efficiency.
- Rectify and reconcile differences and inaccuracies related to shipment and deliveries to customers.
