Responsibilities

• Act as a communication champion and promote a positive employee relations environment.
• Ensure Adient’s Vision is upheld at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with BOS, HSE, and all quality-related legal procedures.
• Monitor production performance and conduct trend analysis with corrective actions where required.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training to execute operational plans.
• Plan and control production scheduling, including the supply and delivery of raw materials and components.
• Set and monitor delivery schedules.
