**Overview**



This is a Supervisor in Training position intended as an interim role. Employee will be responsible for supporting production activities across multiple departments (furnace, casting/refining, breaker, etc). Employee will be expected to complete Production Supervisor training (on demand) and classroom training (some overnight travel may be required). Employee will rotate to assist all Departments and Supervisors with processes, operations, timekeeping, disciplinary process, and related matters. Position will report to the Operations Manager, with additional direction and training provided by the Plant Manager and Area Managers.
