Responsibilities

• Attend meetings to gather and provide information of project kick-offs, pre‑production, weekly scheduling and client consultant shop inspection.
• Coordinate performance mock‑ups and visual mock‑ups.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on material consumption, left‑over counts and orders.
• Document control of show drawings, fabrication releases, test reports, assembly/installation instructions.
• Assist with maintaining control of shop work orders and purchase orders.
• Produce and monitor skidding and shipping schedules.
• Production release processing to optimize material.
• Review frame metal drawings for errors and omissions.
