Job Description

Coordinate with IE, PE, Planner, EE, and Manufacturing teams to align machine allocation plans and ensure achievement of weekly and monthly shipment targets.

Perform detailed capacity analysis based on weekly demand, proactively identify potential risks or gaps, and escalate support or mitigation needs to IE, MFG, PE, EE, and Planning teams. Ensure timely follow-up and execution of agreed mitigation plans.

Develop and execute tool conversion plans to support order requirements while maintaining high equipment utilization performance.
