**SUMMARY:**

Coordinates systematic completion of the daily production schedule. Performs manual labor along a production line. Inspects and stages raw materials used in filter assembly. Performs machine adjustments as needed.

The Trainer is responsible for delivering consistent, effective, and high-quality training to new employees and cross-training employees within the production environment. This role conducts hands-on instruction using established training checklists, work instructions, and training protocols.
