Position Overview

Responsible to accept a variety of assignments ranging from packaging glass, forklift operations and glassmaking tasks. 

Team members are responsible for producing various products in accordance with all work instructions, quality and safety expectations.

Team members have the responsibility to identify, record and communicate any problems relating to the product or process.

Team members have the authority to initiate, recommend or provide solutions to problems through designated channels.

Responsible for following the Quality, Environmental and Safety policies.

Responsible to abide by all Federal, State, and Local requirements related to generating and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste material.

Responsible for following all Plant/Companies rules, policies and procedures and contractual agreements.

Responsible to conform to expected conduct in a business environment.
