To manage and oversee all factory floor fabrication activities for our architectural aluminum and facade division, demonstrating a proven track record of supervising the manufacturing of advanced curtain wall systems (windows, doors, cladding, and glazing solutions). The role is entirely responsible for optimizing factory output, ensuring compliance with strict European and project system specifications, managing workshop labor, and minimizing material wastage.

Qualifications & Education

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of hands‑on production engineering experience within the aluminum and structural facade industry.
• Regional Experience: Mandatory GCC market experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar, or Kuwait). Candidates must understand local operating climates, logistical workflows, and authority standards.
