**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience with IP video and audio technologies (ST2110, AES67, Dante) and baseband video standards.
+ Experience with IP networking (IGMP, DNS, routing) and utilizing packet capture tools for network troubleshooting.
+ Experience operating studio camera systems, LED walls, and managing technical facility documentation using AutoCAD.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience working as a broadcast or production engineer.
+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with broadcast AV systems (Ross and Sony switchers, SSL consoles, SAN storage) and internet streaming.
