Job Summary: This position will build a daily prioritization base on production needs and the current situation, as well as provide support and training to newcomers.

This position will be based in the Mexicali, Baja California plant and will report to the Production Manager.

What You Will Do Build a daily prioritization base on production needs and the current situation. Be a pillar of support in terms of achieving KPIs/targets. Promote World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities, especially in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) tasks with your day-to-day work team.
