Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures and adding failure analysis reporting. Superior mental and analytical ability and problem-solving techniques. Knowledge in FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, Kaizen, and SPC.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the plastic industry in a manufacturing set-up.
