Position Overview
Responsible for formulating weekly work plans and targets for the production line, ensuring alignment with production and sales objectives, and making adjustments and optimizations based on actual circumstances.
Coordinate and organise production schedules, collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of production plans, and promptly resolve issues arising during the production process.
Manage production team members, including shift/team leaders and production staff, to ensure team efficiency and work quality.
Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their professional competence and technical skills, ensuring they are capable of undertaking all assigned tasks.
Responsible for quality management during the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality stability and improvement, and addressing quality issues such as OQA market customer complaints.
