This is a hands‑on role within Alva’s prototyping team, focused on validating new electric motor designs. In this position, you will establish and refine manufacturing methods to support both early‑stage validation and the transition to scalable production. Working closely with the research and development team, you will test new materials and technologies to enhance performance and continuously improve our manufacturing processes.
