The Production Equipment Maintenance Technician supports the production facility on 2nd shift by maintaining all production machinery to operate and efficiently and accurately through, but not limited to:

• Troubleshoots machine tools, assembly lines and test stands. Troubleshoot, modify and repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, etc.

• Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose trouble and predict failure. Dissembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts, pieces and equipment. Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary. Cleans and lubricates parts. Initiates request for replacement parts. Examines and repairs controls as required.

• Diagnosis of electrical problems within machine circuitry. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
