Position Overview

            Major Duties & Responsibilities:   Production Management: Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring that battery processing and e-waste targets are met on schedule. 
Regulatory Liaison: Assist in managing documentation and workflows related to environmental compliance and waste disposal standards. 
Compliance& Safety: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to safety protocols for hazardous waste handling. 
Inventory& Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs and inventory records for environmental auditing and management reporting. 
Manpower Coordination: Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring proper training and deployment across different recycling stages. 
 Requirements: Knowledge, Experience & Behavior   Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental), operations management or related technical discipline preferred.
