Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience as a Fitter on mechanical installations and maintenance on equipment such as: Pumps, Rotating Equipment, Gearboxes, Hydraulics & Pneumatics.
• Must have a minimum N3 Technical Qualification and passed a recognised Trade Test.
• Must have preferably served a Fitter apprenticeship.
• Arc, Mig and Tig welding would be advantageous.
• Must be prepared to work shifts.
• Would be advantageous to have experience in the textile industry.
• Would be advantageous to have pressure vessel experience.
• Must be able to function effectively in a pressurised environment and be able to work independently.
• Must be able to produce work of the highest standard.
• Must be able to interact with production and maintenance teams.
• Must comply to safety, health and environmental requirements in the workplace.
