Description We are looking for a dependable Production & Fulfillment Associate to join a collaborative team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position focuses on supporting daily production, packing, shipping, and inventory activities in a hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable helping in different operational areas as business needs shift.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble small plastic badge parts with care to ensure consistent quality and accuracy
• Pack completed items securely and apply correct labels before distribution
• Prepare outgoing customer orders and confirm they are ready for timely shipment
• Assist with day-to-day shipping and fulfillment tasks to support smooth order processing
• Track, organize, and replenish inventory and production materials as needed
