**Job Title: Production Helper – Powder Coating**

**Job Description**

The Production Helper prepares metal components for powder coating by performing cleaning, washing, masking, and surface preparation tasks while supporting high-quality finishes and safe, efficient production on an industrial paint line.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform metal preparation activities including cleaning, degreasing, rinsing, and metal wash operations to ensure surfaces are properly conditioned for coating.
+ Prepare parts for powder coating by sanding, masking, plugging, and inspecting surfaces to meet quality and specification requirements.
+ Operate metal wash and pretreatment equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
+ Load and unload parts onto racks and conveyor systems to support continuous production flow.
+ Apply powder coating to metal components while maintaining required coating thickness and consistent coverage.
