About the Company

To plan, supervise, and control the day-to-day production activities of the Joinery Division, ensuring that manufacturing output meets project schedules, quality standards, cost targets and optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials in line with project requirements. The role acts as the operational link between the Production Manager, shop-floor supervisors, and support departments to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily/weekly production schedules across all Joinery sub-departments (CNC, Cutting, Machining, Assembly, Finishing, Upholstery, Installation) in line with project timelines.
• Monitor production progress against the master schedule and escalate delays or resource constraints to the Production Manager in a timely manner.
