Your day-to-day as a Production Lead:
Rotate throughout the facility to identify and address production bottlenecks
Delegate tasks or execute assignments directly to meet daily priorities
Set up and operate various equipment such as CNC machines and cutting tables
Communicate project requirements and operational challenges with team members and managementYour skills and experience:
