Production Line Leader - Featherstone, Pontefract - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Production Line Leader to join a busy manufacturing environment in Featherstone, Pontefract.

This temp to perm Production Line Leader role is ideal for candidates with Line Leader or Team Leader experience within manufacturing or food production environments. The successful Production Line Leader will be responsible for managing production lines, leading teams, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

Rotating shifts: 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm
Pay rate: £14.80 per hour
Nights: 10pm to 6am
Pay rate: £16.40 per hour
