Responsibilities

• Execute the assembly of the products according to the Drawing, Assembly Instruction and Router.
• Sign in the Router, each Operation executed and Inspected.
• Responsible for Inspection and Packaging of the finished material.
• Carry out the set up of the line.
• Make changes of Models in the equipment / machines.
• Perform a first level (Basic) analysis to determine the root cause of the problem.
• Perform 5S in the area.
• Execute Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance.
• Identify Opportunity areas.
• Improve already established processes (Kaizen and Poka Yokes).
• Install new production lines.
• Engineering Support.
• Dispose of non‑conforming material.
