Production Management

Reviews daily plan, forecast and production orders concerning inventory and staffing requirements; work procedures and duty assignments; to successfully meet time-line and budget goals•

Directs and/or coordinates production activities while driving safety, quality and efficiency to meet facility objectives

Prepares and maintains production reports 

Develops budgets and approves expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, and/or equipment are used efficiently to meet production
