Personnel and administration: Labor planning and management, recordkeeping, plan transport and accommodation, maintenance (equipment/ orchards / general).
Financial: Cost control by focusing on productivity
Qualifications:
Applicants should be post-matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture. with at least 4 years' experience in the cultivation of citrus
Knowledge of modem production practices
Specific knowledge/ experience in irrigation practices will be to your advantage
Good leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel)
