At the division level, the Production Manager is responsible for machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, and other processing operations required to produce finished goods or services. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, this position is accountable for personnel leadership, production output, quality, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
