Production Manager

Location: Dartford, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Work Pattern: Fully Factory-Based
Salary: £38 to £40 k

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to support the Factory Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Dartford.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. You will play a key part in supervising production teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the smooth running of factory operations.
