Production Manager

Our client, an FMCG operation based in Pretoria, is looking to appoint a Production Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 / N3 + Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 5 years Production Management experience with the FMCG Manufacturing Industry
• HACCP Experience

Responsibilities:

• Staff control and management
• Responsible for the effective functioning and production quality
• Coordination of the different departments' work
• Controlling the Production Document
• Controlling the Production staff documents for additional work validation and for service communication; and the sending of those documents to the Human Resources department
• Part of the daily organoleptic tasting of the products
• Monitoring of CCP’s
• Increase/enhance improvements in productivity/production efficiency
