As the Sample Workshop Manager, you will drive sample product progress, ensure quality standards, and streamline workflow across all categories:
Operation & Timeline Management: Oversee overall workshop operations including Cutting, Stitching, Lasting, Assembly, and Finishing. Manage and hit on-time shipment schedules for all sample stages (Proto, SMS, Size sets). Control material handling, optimization, and consumption within the sample room while managing outsourcing suppliers. Technical & Quality Control: Spearhead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to troubleshoot development issues and resolve critical technical challenges.
