About the role

Production Manager – Onsite, Glenrothes or Livingston. Permanent, 37hrs, full-time. Candidate will travel between both sites. Security clearance required: BPSS. Role responsible for manufacturing electronic and electro‑mechanical products; managing supervisors, associates and engineers; ensuring delivery, quality, safety and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and manage manufacturing budgets and labour hours.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer on‑time delivery.
• Apply Lean manufacturing concepts to manage high mix and shifting priorities.
• Drive process and quality improvements using RTX CORE.
• Own all safety procedures and risk management.
• Manage staff performance development.
• Act as Control Account Manager for the manufacturing function.
